We all would like to improve our health. Maybe you want to lose weight, or just feel healthier. You may want to get in good enough shape to run a 5k or perhaps a marathon someday. Many of you might know me as a runner. Well, that has not always been the case. A couple years ago a good friend introduced me to Team in Training. This is a division of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that helps people train for an endurance event. Whether it is a long bike ride, a triathlon, half marathon or marathon, they can help you get from the couch to the finish line.

I encourage you to check them out and see what they can do for you and how you can make a difference in your life and the life of someone that is battling these blood related cancers. If that's not for you, but you still might want to get out there and start running, we can help you with that as well.
