We all would like to improve our health. Maybe you want to lose weight, or just feel
healthier. You may want to get in good enough shape to run a 5k or perhaps a marathon
someday. Many of you might know me as a runner. Well, that has not always been the
case. A couple years ago a good friend introduced me to Team in Training. This
is a division of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society that helps people train for
an endurance event. Whether it is a long bike ride, a triathlon, half marathon or
marathon, they can help you get from the couch to the finish line.
I encourage you to check them out and see what they can do for you and how you
can make a difference in your life and the life of someone that is battling
these blood related cancers. If that's not for you, but you still might want
